Lune art Commissions

If you are considering commissioning me, you are in the right place!
Please read to have a clear idea of the way my commissions are processed.

Prices and options
Monochrome
few colours and a little sketchy

Payment in full up-front.
Background will be a solid color or white.
Square-shaped or any other simple shape (let me know if you want something in specific)
"Postcard"

Tell me in advance if you want your background to be of a specific ratio, else I will probably make it rectangular.
The pricing for this style will depend a lot on the background of the piece. For instance, a more detailed and/or complicated background with light sources that influence the character will look more ‘lively’ and thus, be more expensive too.
Additional characters
I can draw "group pictures" or scenes with more than one character. Expect the price per charcater to apply the same!
I will adjust their price if I consider them to be less complex. (For example, take into account how the charcaters interact together and how much of the character is showing).

General
I have the right to decline any commission work, such will happen if I find a theme to be uncomfortable or if the piece does not respect the current commission chart.
Payment
All payments for commissions are made through PayPal invoices, in euro (EUR).No refunds. Only in specific cases, like if I haven't started working on your commission yet, a refund would be ok.
Copyright and reproduction
As the artist, I possess the right to include the commissioned work in portfolios, commission sheets, and post it online to my social media as a way to self-promote my work. (unless you have made a specific request not to, which can be discussed).As the commissioner, you can freely post your commissioned art online.
Credit is not mandatory but very much appreciated!:
Direct your commission with a hyperlink back to my page (@MDLune_) or, if hyperlinks aren’t possible in the site: (art by MDLune) or any derivative of that.
My commissions are for personal use ONLY. You have the right to repost, edit, or use it in any other way you intend in which you are NOT selling the art to make profit or promote.You may not reproduce the artwork for merchandise such as prints, t-shirts, etc, without an agreement or contract.
Commission process
1. Discussion After receiving your request, we will discuss the details about what you would like. Provide all the references you find necessary! I am okay with "creative freedom" but need at least a basic mood or expression for starters (do you want the character portrayed to look happy, chill, etc?).
2. Payment An invoice will be sent to the email address that was used to request the commission.
3. Sketch I submit a sketch and await for your approval. You can demand some changes and once you’re happy with the direction, I will start working on the commission piece.
In case you request a Postcard commission, step 2 and 3 alternate. In any case, I will await to receive your payment to work on the full piece.
4. WIP I always share screenshots of my progress on your commission, be it to suggest little changes, or ask for your feedback on colours. I will not do drastic changes to the pose that was agreed on within the first sketch.
5. Completion When I'm done, I will send your completed commission (.PNG file, +/- 2.000px) through email or imgur depending how we first established communication.
I like to sign my works in a corner. If you need a version without signature, I can remove it.

Although I prefer emails, this is fine too.If we are mutuals on twitter or if you already have initiated a conversation with me, you can proceed to describe your commission request right there.In this situation, please state your email so that I can later send you your invoice!
